Hello, I'm Ade (Adrian) Chapman MSc, BSc (Hons)—a sports enthusiast from the very beginning! My 30-year career has flourished in high-pressure settings, ranging from the financial trading floors in the City of London to spearheading the creation of the world's inaugural interconnected real-time diabetes management system. This, paired with a Master's in Sport and Exercise Psychology, 12 years of coaching kids sports, and experience as a semi-professional footballer, defines my diverse expertise.
As a Pro Member of the AASP, I am advancing towards full accreditation, enhancing my proficiency in applied sports psychology. My approach to mental performance is holistic, equipping individuals with the necessary mental skills to reach their full potential.
